OBS Stories

Ritesh Kumar

I would describe my experience at OBS being professional. When joining I had a few doubts because it was my first time properly working remotely. However, I was instantly welcomed by well-presented assignments/modules which covered content in an effective manner and without any hesitation I was offered extra support if necessary.

Remote learning has never been so easy until joining OBS.

What I most liked about the course at OBS was the feedback. Feedback is undoubtedly a very important aspect of learning, in my opinion without proper feedback it is almost impossible to progress. The feedback given after completing an assignment was almost rewarding and provides a sense of realisation on what you can do to pursue further.

Emma Hough

I was apprehensive at first as I had never heard of OBS. I spoke to a lovely man who explained everything about payments and university routes etc. I took the risk, and it paid off.

I liked the flexible element of learning when you can and being in control of how fast or slow you want to learn. In 5 months, I have done Level 4 and awaiting the final marking of Level 5.

Last month I started a new job in Wellbeing and Recovery supporting people with mental health needs which was a career change for me. I plan to top up my level 5 with an online top up degree.
