The People and Organisations Level 3 University Foundation Programme is a 60-credit qualification (equivalent to one A level). It is aimed at students seeking university entry, gaining management experience for promotion, or broadening their job prospects. It is particularly suited to practising team leaders who wish to advance to the next level of management.
The programme also serves as an entry-level qualification for those who have studied business-related subjects at Level 2 or 3 and wish to develop skills and competencies for employment in a management setting.
The diploma is designed to equip aspiring and existing junior managers with a broader understanding of effective management skills, while focusing on key management areas relevant to the workplace. Leadership and management training are essential for business growth, particularly in high-tech, fast-paced environments that must adapt to rapid changes. The ability to communicate, inspire, and lead is often lacking, yet these attributes are crucial to achieving organisational success.
This course is eligible for ELCAS funding.

My experience I would describe as an adventure. The studies and assignments were always exciting and intriguing to me. Whenever I did need the extra help, I would get it from the team without fail, it was just a breeze.
When I came across online business school, I was immediately attracted to it. It is not only affordable but very convenient as well. I work full time but at the same time have a passion for my studies and this is the only platform I came across that allowed me to pursue both.
I chose Online Business School because of the flexibility they offered to learning. I read previous reviews online and spoke to the school to ensure this was the best option for me.
The flexibility to study is great and the support received from the school is brilliant.
